No ! The radiator cover is the highest point therefore that where all the air will purge out.

If the radiator cap is still good, there is no need to bleed. The trapped air inside the engine, radiator and hoses will go to the reservoir. When the engine cools down, the system will suck coolant from the reservoir to fill up the space occupied by the air before. Therefore it is necessary to top up the reservoir to replace the coolant sucked up by the system.
