I own a 4th gen CVT ZX model in Hyd. It's been 5 years and the car is a charm. No issues after having driven say 50kms. Yes, the infotainment system has been a disappointment and it did hang once on a long drive. The dealer replaced it with a new one. The tyre size is a 185 & 16" one and looks pretty good. All in all, your description is much appreciated but am happy with my sweet City😀

Increasing tyre size cause less acceleration, I don't think a company like Honda will make silly mistakes like that, if you don't know Honda created a beast some decades ago named as NSX which broke record's of many super car's including Lamborghini at that time. Later on they become lazy but the time when NSX was created, it was limitless.

You are right suspension is very stiff, my mother sit at back she feel uncomfortable. Upgraded tyres to 195/60 r16 still not comfortable. thinking of changing the car😢

All points are correct and i want to add one more point. Even though it has so much stiff suspension yet the steering feedback is not good. It is direct but very sensitive. You always need firm grip over the steering. Koi bhi road pe gaddha aa jaaye ye steering mud jata hai us taraf.

I have same car I’m so happy to have this beast. Yeah tyre is small but on higher speed never face any problem and let me tell you this alloy is more sturdy then aftermarket. About infotainment mine is not taking that much time you can upgrade the software. For ground clearance Main Himachal jibbi lekar gya hu This car is next level ivtech 💪🏼

Suspenssion is NOT stiffer, rather is on softer side.

there was a change somewhere in early 2018. So a model before 2018 should be softer & later ones on the stiff side.

Bro, infotainment screen lag hai but tumhare wale mein jyada lag hai, ek baar reset kar lo, it would be better..

Increasing tyre size will increase resistance and can’t cut through. It’ll decrease mileage too. Just imagine what will happen if you fix a tractor tyre for a car? It’s engineering logic. I think the software in your car needs to be updated or reinstalled.

There’s no resolution to that!! Every city owner knows that digipad 1 is a very laggy unit. If reinstalling the software would have helped I would have done that as well but honda dealership says you have to live with it!

Is the suspension stiffer compared to swift dezire? Need to know because we own swift dezire and planning to upgrade to a mid sized sedan for comfort so there is no point in getting honda city if it is on the stiffer side.Reason is our highway has those potholes and too many undulation

Bro I recently purchased this car after so much of research. I too have a same issue while engaging a second gear. And I do feel it should have been 6 speed gear box as it offers 118hp and 175nm torque. Also, your infotainment system might have some issues, luckily it’s been a month or so but I didn’t face any such issues you mentioned related to infotainment.

First of all congratulations 🎉 brother for your new car. I too feel sometimes that city should be mated to a 6 speed gear box for highway runs and talking about the gear shifting i took my car on a service and the mechanic from the dealership lubricanted the gear box now it’s better but not upto the mark. You should also complain the same to your dealership. And if your car is 1 month old i am sure it has digipad 2.0 you are lucky to have that but digipad 1 is a trash

Tell me a car which is just perfect . No car is perfect but there is a point Honda city is ruling the C segment sedan market from more than 25 years, many sedans got discontinued in some years, but Honda City is still going on and will never stop.

Thanks for the video and the cons of the car. I bought a month ago I too have the same problem in the gearbox and the dealer said it’s a nature of 4G manufacturing but he said will lubricate I need to check the difference. B’coz just completed first service. Tyre size yeah I too feel that it’s not fair which Honda provides but no other option.

Recently i got my car serviced and they lubricated the gear box, since then it’s far better and manageable now but not very smooth yet. Just gets the job done tho

Merey pass vi honda city 2015 hai, lek8n koi problem nahi hai, Japan is mey Pura engineering thush chukq hai, chota tayer honey ka vi koi mat lab hoga, group aur kachha road mey chalaney k liye nahi bana hai e gadi, badiya road mey chala k dekho, 700 km chalaney k baad vi thakan nahi hota hai, varna is key aagey kuchvi nahi hai, gadimey music utna hi thik hai, vai ye gadi top level ka hai hiwaye par thik sey chalaney sey gadi 22 sey 25 ki mileage deti hai aur key chahiye.

Brother tell them to lubricate the gearbox the problem will be resolved upto 15% but at the end of the you have to live with it

Fantastic car; nothing comes close to what it offers even in base model. With BH series I got the base model at 9.8L on road. For the gear issue; you can slot into 2nd gear perfectly when it is between 1000-1500 RPM and speed less than 15km/hr. Other wise let it roll in 3rd gear itself
