I think in 0-40 kmph engine will run in idle rpm. Engine will coupled with generator and charging the battery. Motor will run in battery mode. After 40kmph it will run in engine mode..

Sir, As per ur explanation, 0 to 40 is pure EV. 40 to 80 it is a mild hybrid. My question here is, what is the status of this 1.5 L Petrol engine in this mode, idle r in mild rev condition? how much fuel is consumed in this mode to charge the battery? (w.r.t time, drive modes, ac and other operations?) As u r aware, an ICE being hardly 30% efficient, is it utilized smartly here? I doubt 🤔 kindly clarify 🙏

But the real truth is This is not a car for all If a buyer can afford a car worth 23.60 lacs ,he can also afford petrol for that . Mileage concious buyers are from middle class . If you price the car at 23.60lacs . What is the use . Middle class people only bother about mileage and all . Hybrid cars are useless , until & unless the car costs comes under 15lacs

How is the 4th case possible here? It's a parallel hybrid, so how can it work as series here, hmm. The electric motors directly power up the front wheels without any transmission, at high speed engine gets connected to the wheels through a fixed hear which propels the car and motor will set there. Moreover when it runs on the motor, with engine on, the engine will stay at is maximum efficient RPM irrespective of the throttle.

This technology very old, which we have already used in our train desiel engine. Our desiel train engine have an 1 MEGA WATT generator, traction motor and "Governor" Which help for fuel injection depends on speed and "required power from Generator". Like your post always...

Dei...that technology is very crude and old....it is different for trains which have consistent speed because it runs on tracks. Cars on the other hand are very complex and have to run on different terrains, different speeds, incline, decline, Ecu is like a brain which will decide whether engine or electric motor should supply rotary power or both at same time. Brake regeneration technology.

Most fuel efficiency is when battery runs the car. That happens in 0-40 kmph. Between 40 and 80 kmph, it's in mild hybrid mode. Mileage will reduce slightly but not very much.

In papers ADAS features are cool but in real life I don't think it won't help us :) Someone please answer this, where ever I am hearing this feature my mind keep on thinking this scenario Just my imagination that when we travelling highway around midnight, unfortunately bad people comes infront of the car then how this ADAS will work, will it support for us or bad people? I mean to say that situation car will deduct a person infront of you and it will stop car and it won't allow us to drive

In my experience honda service in chennai is worst. Sometime I feel like they gave me the car back after doing a water wash. Also the junk service ppl add the wiper liquid cost by default, even if the liquid is fully present also. Honda is no.1 scamster. Rat will enter inside the cabin and go till boot freely as well.
