This is really rare for bulb to get damaged like this, they seemed genuine but they may be of a defected lot or something like that. It's not common.

Seems like a very serious accidental car that the water was leaking from the welds.

It was not accidental, it was probably because of faulty screen pasting.

@@ConditionTech Probably, but there was also repaint and wheels were way out of alignment. All signs of an accidental vehicle.

Trust us, we can instantly detect an accidental vehicle and this was not major accidental. Wheel alignment was not done right by the previous outlet that's why the wheel alignment was off
