Dave another excellent Honda video and thanks for sharing. Tomorrow I’m working on replacing the transmission range switch. Every once in awhile the money light comes on I have the OEM part so I might as well change it. It’s a decent project for a rainy day. Hey Dave, thanks for this video. I have the same issue with my 2011 accord with the two front windows. The problem is that the motor’s exterior small iron gear loses contact with the interior big iron gear. So I took it apart and welded those two gears back together with an iron welding machine. Please note that they do not need too much welding! Just one small weld can make a strong contact which is much better than the factory’s Lol. Also, use water right away because you don’t wanna melt the plastic! Best of luck,

Big 🐕, another nice video; I have a similar problem with my 2006 Honda Accord passenger side window, but I hear the regulator working going up and down but I think the window we're bolts on the base has has just come loose as I had to replace the window glass a year before and may have not torqued it up I'm going to investigate & this time I going to use some blue loctite to secure. What's interesting in your video is that the door locks didn't work, heck since you knew you were going to go in there, perhaps you should have told the owner & see if he wanted you to take care of that for him for a little extra charge, since you were going to offer to fix the window for him free anyway, he probably would have gone for it, I would have! Anywho love the videos keep them coming 😜🤗🤭

Thanks for the video. I have an 04 Honda Element and the passenger window has rattled since new. I remember talking it to Honda years ago and supposedly they fixed it but in reality they didn’t. I just live with it. It only rattles when it’s 3/4 up. The window works otherwise.

Hello! I read online that people replaced the drum brakes on this generation of Honda Civic with Brake Pads. It would require using a trailing arm of a different trim model of the Civic. Would it be better to buy a used aftermarket trailing arm or find the model and trim at a junkyard?

21:06 screw length is a very important thing to know. Dorman decided NOT to include new screws there to make it difficult to finish the job from the first time. Typical Dorman traps.
