Thats Because of wheelspin in high horsepower fwd cars, this One is so weak that it doesnt get a Lot of wheelspin. When will people learn.... if you wheelspin in first with 20 kmh and shift to second which usually goes from 60 and up (in a honda) you Will fall out of the powerband and get a slow acceleration and if you're Really unlucky, snap an axle when the tires instantly get grip when shifting from a wheelspin.

Max Power it’s always people who never had experienced a fwd car that has more power than your moms Prius. Honda’s have all their power top end and literally nothing low end. You have to keep rpm’s up in order to go anywhere. It’s a very narrow powerband. If you were to shift instead of banging rev limiter just a little it will cause the car to bog out since the wheel speed is a lot greater than the vehicles actual speed.

The ignorance is fucking real. This is why mustang drivers always crash. Wheel speed is much greater than vehicle speed, then they power shift up a gear and now the wheels are spinning so fast the rear end gets sideways and boom, into a fucking crowd.

I’ve had my ep3 since October and before that I had stage 2 mk6 GTI can easily say the Honda is way more fun no drama with the GTI where as the EP3 is just bonkers such a well engineered engine only true petrol heads appreciate a good Honda engine! There fast cars and really fun to drive

lawrence science the Beams engine in the Toyota Altezza made 210 I believe. Nissan done a 1.6 that put out 200...think it was the NEO engine. Interestingly I owned a celica with the 2zzge engine like u mentioned - I had it flat out at an indicated 155 (250kmh/h) on an autobahn. It was reasonably new when I done that.

I had a Honda Civic Mk7, gearshift in the same position. Great car got 115 mph out of it. So reliable, even after 117k miles no problems. Sold it cos it was right handed and I live in Europe. Now I have Civic Mk8 i-shift.

Love the videos max but please try to learn how to hell toe. You can't use the clutch like that when you're downshifting. You put massive wear on the clutch. That kick around 6000 rpm is epic. No turbo, no supercharger, only VTEC. And doesn’t use lots of fuel, my 8th Gen. Civic SI (K20Z3) needs 8 litres per 100 km (around 29 mpg) when driving like an old man inside town (top speed 50 mph). I won’t sell mine anytime soon...
