In response to mention of no skid plate. Even though you are not grinding over boulder's, log's etc. It is quite possible for the front tire to send a rock into the engine case and put you out of business. Zip tie a piece of thin aluminum or steel on there temporarily until you get a good one on it. Have fun.

Correct me if I m wrong but this is the 300 LS not the L , the LS only comes in this color and it is a lower seat height as well for us shorties .
@uralicdneprov18069 ай бұрын
Model sticker at 4:37 says CRF300LDAP which should be a LS. However, in some other markets, like in Europe, standard height L comes in this grey color too. So not every grey 300L on is LS.
@uralicdneprov18069 ай бұрын
Just to decipher that code: L or RL stands for model (L or Rally), A stands for ABS, M/N/P stands for 2021/2022/2023. D is used for Thai domestic market which is lower seat height, and also for (U.S. only) LS model which I guess is based on that.

Got mine from new October 2023, few upgrades done, absolutely love this bike, I'm out more on this than I am my Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro. Amazing looking trail, beware of those drop-offs, they look a long way down, I've already had the misfortune of coming off on the deep side, some minor damage to the bike that cost me £175 & bruises for souvenirs 😂, take care, looking forward to seeing more 👍
@Fromatic9 ай бұрын
What damage cost you £175? As I've dropped mine many times now on the lanes and even when it's rocky it's only been snapped front brake lever before I had hand guards, a bent rear brake lever and snapped indicators replaced now with micro LED ones all round, but all that must have only cost maybe £60 in replacement parts
@mototripperuk9 ай бұрын

I was on a trail that got smaller the further along it I went, there was a drop to the left and an incline to the right, it started to get too narrow and rocky to go any further, however I'm a novice at off road and don't have the skills to turn the bike round in such a small space, so had no choice but to go forward, the bike hit a rock and knocked me off on the drop to the left, bike was okay at this point, when I tried to get the bike up I couldn't due to its position, had to drag it round to face the way I came and that's when the damage occurred.

We'd have quads and a Honda Pilot 400 along as well. There's another route above Sunland that takes you to the east side of the mountains. Suspension is too soft, but it's an easy fix . It's better than the Kawi due to how they both did their motors . Team Green just stroked their motor. Honda did their displacement but never touched the stroke . So the Honda motor is still cheap to upgrade the motor . But team green will cost you more motor wise .
