This is onboard footage of me riding my 2008 Honda Gold Wing on the Waverley Road (NS-318) from Waverley to Dartmouth in Nova Scotia, Canada. I’m making videos showing some of my favorite routes in Nova Scotia (“Canada’s Ocean Playground”), which is a wonderful place to ride a bike.
The Waverley Road is a popular Sunday drive for people in the Halifax area. It’s a curvy, rolling road that runs beside a series of lakes in a suburban residential area. It’s usually quite busy, so it’s not a fast ride; just a nice leisurely cruise. It’s about 13 km long and takes roughly 15 minutes to ride from end to end.
