finally, someone doing REAL engine work on a Grom, not just bolting on parts. iv been working on something similar for the last two months. 27/21.45 SS valves, factory 1mm over bore piston (133cc),30mm intake, port polish head,re shaped combustion chamber, only thing I have left to do is assemble with some clay in the cylinder and see if anything can be shaved off the head. Here in MT a stock Grom is 7HP, our elevation is 3500ft, I don't think I will ever see 16hp here 😆

23ex 28in is the biggest but not as simple as it seems the tools run about $2k The $per Hp is best going to the koso 4v 170 kit and runs just over $1k and makes 25hp stock and 30hp ported and ceramic coated

Above 9250rpm in the ECU there are no more tables for adjustment and the ECU will go full on on a ramp to 100 duty cycle
