For the light I am using the Xblade bs6 model you have ask the service centre people to low down the headlamp position. For rear brake it will take time to adjust as the pads are brand new. Keep using the brakes a bit harder that normal. The sound will go as you cover 1000 kms. For the gear from 1 to 2 or 2 to 1 is your adjustment you have to push it harder when upshifting or downshifting. For the marks on the tank where you are sitting you can not help as there are dust particles in your cloth which rubs against the body. This will generate marks. There is a solution for this. Please do a lamination and you can save it from marks.

You will get hear issue if you are continuosly shifting up and down try to run the bike at a constant speed where you will not need to shift too much. Also dont stay on 2nd or 3rd for longer time. It will raise the RPM which is also a reason for engine heat up.

I m also an owner of the same bike. I will share my problems and how honda regional team solved them. 1. Engine oil filler cap changed and rubber washer changed from honda livo bs3. 2. Gear shaft changed due to false gear/ hard gear shifting. 3. Rear brake pads changed and used cbr150 bs3 brake pads, model nissin T32 cost rs. 677. All these done by honda regional team not local showroom mechanic. And of course free of cost.
