Toyota 1.8L engine…can’t beat those powerful cars from HRV and Haval H6. Can see why acceleration and top speed for HRV and Haval H6 beats Corolla Cross Hybrid

Actually if you calculate range they achieved to tank capacity both ended up at just about 20km/l so looks like neither is better than the other. Extra range from bigger tank also is expected. Not sure how they managed to present the fuel consumption in their summary, would be great if they can clarify.

Here me out, Take 3-4 days, do it in Sabah & Sarawak, with attraction stops and 2 drivers per car, no need versus just one car will do. I can guarantee roads are more interesting than the North-South highway in semenanjung.

Your CRV fuel tank same size as the two hybrids above? Compare the consumptions in km/l instead. Corolla cross fuel tank same size as Myvi, what you expect on the range?
