Honda HRU196 Mower Blade Change with Rattle Gun

I have just replaced the swing blades on a really old Flymo which have the nylock nuts I tightened them up so mild pressure will move the blades to about the same pressure all round. Is that about right? I’m a sparky not a mechanic 😉😇
