Those look like Pumas. Driving shoes are usually found in motorsporting gear shops.

It is called rev matching.You will get a smoother shift if you do so.

@@jerrypsk4062 up shifting? When you up shift to the next gear RPM will be lower...let’s say 3rd gear at 5k rpm when you shift to 4th gear RPM will be around 4K ...I get rev matching when down shifting but never heard of up shifting.

You're not supposed to...I drive non synchronized transmissions every day. Downshifting yes, not upshifting.
