This parts specially for upgrade 6J Rims.It prevent the chain noise and always to adjust tension for the chain. Search "Wichuta lmchuen" in Facebook.This is page of D-project shop in Thailand.You can contact them.

What’s is the offset of the front sprocket?

I'm not sure you meaning of offset ? The front sprocket is 14T and provide by the rim set.
