One day while my son drove the van home, he said he noticed a winding sound coming from inside and the car was not as responsive. The next day it started up but, hesitated and the engine stalled out. Using my scan tool, I triggered the pump on and off and noticed that sometimes with the pump on, the car would still stall out. I also did some other tests to make sure it was the fuel pump.
