Duct and engine oil is the same. What you did makes no sense. The drain toward the front is for the SUB transmission

Excellent video. I am looking for a replacement for a Yamaha Rhino that has been very reliable. Looking for a 3+ seat UTV with a good sized dump bed for work. Also need engine braking for hunting areas with long steep grades. No cab needed. My short list is the Honda Pioneer, and Yamaha Viking. Any other machines you'd recommend. Reliability is critical because we are a long way from the dealers.

You forgot resetting the wrench on the dash procedure! Otherwise good overview.

Did you do the valve check. Just brought one like yours. Dealer said must have valves checked or voids warranty. Another guy there said not the case.

Maxima makes good water proof racing grease....enjoyed the video, we're in the market for angood side by side...never had any issues with Honda 4 wheelers in The past...fyi, when your checking the oil, the dipstick needs to be all the way seated or screwed down...just like your car or truck.... or You're gonna get a false read of how much oil you really have and cause engine damage like a seizure or oil blowing out the crank case vent or exhaust pipe...do it right or ya pay for it....always always dip stick all the way in....hint the reason why some ppl get called a dip stick, cause they aint all the way there...😅😅😅😅😅

Thanks for your comments, very helpful. However, I checked and doubled checked the manual before making this video, you DO NOT screw the dipstick down on this model per the Honda manual. Screwing it in will give you a false reading. I checked the manual, because sometimes you screw them in to check and sometimes you don't depending on the manufacturer. It does make it all quite confusing because there isn't consistency across manufacturers.
