Honda Pioneer Gas Pedal Comfort Modification

The Pioneer gas pedal is horribly uncomfortable! Here is my answer for that. If you do this modification, you are responsible for making sure you do it safely. I am not a professional mechanic and take no responsibility for malfunctions.

Hey! Thank you!!! Nice comments are greatly appreciated. The chainsaw mount was a Hornet bought from Side by Side Stuff. Super expensive!! Way too much! But, it worked great. We cut trails open on most trips, so easy chainsaw access, then storage was critical. Getting saw in and it was a 5 second affair. Awesome! I will say Two years in, the bolt from the top roll bar mount worked loose and fell out!! The saw rotated 180 degrees. Pointing down. Luckily, I had screwed in the t-nut screws on the bar and they held!!!! Otherwise saw would be gone. Always check your shit and I would loctite everything in the future. Thanks again!

We just bought a new 1000 Deluxe. First thing I did was order a Throttle Maxx. Your mod looks to do the same thing but I just couldn't Jerry Rigg a brand new $20K machine.

@@chinofontan not exactly sure about your question. We found that their is a lot of heat when running tracks, but we ran tracks in winter so it was appreciated. In summer with regular tires we never felt the heat was an issue. Hope this answers your question.

I mounted a two speed windshield fan under the seat. I mounted it beside the handbrake facing the engine on low and for power tapped into the accessory plug. Works nice !
