As much as you think the Rad Relo is in your view, it isn’t bad at all and you look passed it fairly quickly after your first ride on it. I was out in a group all weekend and we had a stock Rincon and a Kodiak overheating. My fan came on 3 times the entire weekend!!! Best money I’ve spent on it. I don’t have to worry about finding a puddle to splash through. Just ride. I also installed the highlifter springs on mine over the winter. AMAZING IMPROVEMENT over the soft stock springs. Lifted it just a 1/2” over my already installed 2” lift. Much improved for having a passenger or being loaded up heavy with gear. Love the red splatter, your girlfriend did a great job on that! I think I might steal your idea and paint my engine covers near the foot wells black. Looks much better than grey. Keep up the great vids man!

Totally agree on the grey! I painted my racks black like you did and ordered black Honda wings off amazon. Once my 12” tires wear out, I’ll move onto 14” and get rid of the grey rims too. Thanks for the reply and for the quality vids!

Thanks for the awesome video. We do Jeeps currently, but are looking into ATV/UTVs. your machine looks radical. I'm not necessary looking for the biggest atv, i'm looking for capable, dependable, and hopefully something that isn't massive in size so i can easily fit it in the bed of a small truck or tucked out of the way in a toy hauler.

Never had a problem with the auto but I don't use auto very often the gf always use it in auto no issue but the auto gets confused when you're going up hill or in the mud that's way I use the manual shift

Maintenance question for ya, how often are you repacking your HMF? I was about to pull the trigger on one but then saw HMF recommends every 50hrs to repack it. Don’t know if I’m wanting to commit to that...

No knock on my 680 but my old 650 did have a knock when it was cold but once it warm up it went away how many hour and km do you have on it

Max you can go on the stock suspension is 3 inches in the front and 3.5 inches in the rear if you have a 2inch highlifter bracket then go pick up 2inch pvc and take your shocks apart and add a 3/4 spacers in rear and 1/2 in the front that should get you at least 1.5 inch more of a lift be aware that your suspension will be more stiffer and if you put 30s on it you should clear a bucket

Have you ever had a problem with the electric shift? And has your transmission held up despite the bigger tires? I've heard they've had problems when it comes to the bigger tires. I'm stuck between a rincon and rubicon both 2015s and wanted some input

i just bought a rubicon 500 the rincons 680s are fast and amazing on the trial but not set up for mud like the rubicon are the rubicon is cheaper and easier to put 30s on it but a lot slower my rincon has over 6000 km and the tranny, motor and diffs been problem free i changed wheel bearings lower ball joint axles its been a good atv

Mine is fuel injection and no you shouldn't have to do anything like that just make sure that you don't go anything smaller then 2 inch or you will restricted the air flow
