also, it is easier if you put the overflow cap/tube on the overflow tank before you reinstall the tank back into the scooter.

Hi DaBinChe. I have enjoyed looking at all of your sh150i vids. Good Stuff. I have found it easier to get to the coolant bleeder bolt if you remove the seat/seat pan (4 bolts front and 2 screws in back). I would be great if someone would post front/rear wheel removal too. Thanks!

coolant is dripping from the base of the engine around the sump plug. Where would it be coming from?

Hi, I have changed coolant today as I dont think it has been done from new, I reckon previous owner only added. I got problem, I couldnt lose that bleeding screw, so I just lose bottom one let the old coolant drained and poured new coolant in.

that will be fine, it just means that not all the coolant is drained out

HeyI got a sh 125 2003, is it the same operation ? My bike overheat, the needle almost goes on the red line, I have to stop the engine and turn on the key to activate the fan and cool it. I guess the needle must be in the middle (between Cold and Hot), do you think the problem comes from the cooling fluid ? Thanks you for your help !

If you have not bled the coolant system of air it will cause overheating issues,as the coolant pump cannot pump air through the pump.let the bike cool down then carefully remove the radiator cap and start bike and run engine and watch for air bubble's in radiator filler neck.Give it a good rev to self bleed and do not let temperature of engine get to hot.Be careful!!!

Not sure if the dylan 125 is liquid cool or air cool..... if liquid then you use anti freeze coolant/radiator fluid, 50/50 mix with distilled water
