What is it about watching a snowblower blowing snow? There's something just so satisfying about watching a quality machine slice through a deep snow bank and blast the snow 30 feet. I can't turn away... I CAN'T TURN AWAY!!

I recently bought a 928 and it's still in the garage as a virgin waiting for the first snowfall which normally would have been here by now in Brockville Ontario Canada.

I love my 2018 Honda 1332 Atd. Makes a quick job of any snowfall (Albany,NY)

Honda snow blowers are the best but WOW! you DO pay a premium price. I guess quality costs!

Question if you let your snow blower ( that right you have to have your hand on the throttle) but my question hypothetically if you let it go wouldn't clear the drift?

I like the tracks. I think the tracks are a good idea and im sure they make a huge difference

This looks just like the town I live in. Same kind of houses and the same snow banks. I'm from quite a distance from you, on the center of the southern shore of Lake Superior.

Nothing more enjoyable than seeing a man clear snow with a Honda snowblower.

You have to envy someone whose main problem with their snowblower is that the drift cutters are too short. Lots of nice snow, a blower that is very good at making it go somewhere else, a bright sunny day, who could ask for more?

If that's a 5' snow bank, your 9'tall

He measured it 3 times. The yard stick was broken. He converted from metric and moved the decimal.

That's a real handlebar test there. Track blowers generally aren't meant to be tipped back like that.

Ummm shovel vs 5’ snow drift🤪 but Honda does make a very good snowblower 👍.

the drift cutter do work in high snow! :)

definitely. I'm not sure I'm sold on the Japanese style ones, but I've never done a side by side comparison.

Have similar issue - houses close together, so the 'between the houses' area leaves nowhere to blow the snow.Nice machine.

Thanks... I went through a few snow blowers that dribbled out the shoot before finally snapping and buying a Honda.
@skiprope5367 жыл бұрын
Any way you look at it. Compacted snow like that puts a beating on the auger gear. Add ice and compacted snow into the equation it really screws a machine up. The torque alone is to much for it. Regardless of machine. Ate my Ariens up. M MTD my Honda 928HS fared the best but.....eventually it got to that one too. Bottom of Driveway build up from snow plow snow. NEVER EVER AGAIN. DID it for a neighbor over 20 years and never ever offered anything in return.

That pile is from me, I have to blow the snow out back of my house. Doesn't reach from the end of my drive way.

Im not paying 2500$ for one snowblower man, that is ridiculous; but the snow at your house is also ridiculous so good job.
@fixedgearforlife6 жыл бұрын
You get what you pay for. If you pay $2500 for the Honda snowblower, that'll be the last snowblower you'll ever have to buy.
@ArthurRoy6 жыл бұрын
That one was actually $3100 lol... I see them used all the time on Craigslist for $1500 or whatever. They do last for ever so why not just buy a used one and go through it. My 4th winter, never a problem with it, starts 1st pull every time.
