SHOULD BE A SLIP FIT WITH A LITTLE RESISTANCE ON FEELER. USING WAY TO MUCH FORCE.

16000 miles the first few times, then folks have reported no significant changes until 100K. While you've got the dopey thing torn down you may as well balance the carbs. Get some windshield wiper hose and T-connectors and caps for the first time to extend the vacuum lines.

So sorry you did the metric/imperial thing. Could happen to anyone (but only once ;-) ) I guess it's best to use the metric feelers from the start, although I prefer to think in thousandths too. It's an age thing. Thanks for the video. It looks as boring a job as i thought it was. Rubber side down mate.

hi could you tell me why the valves need adjustment and how did you diagnose the problem ...sound,knocking, vibration? great informative tutorial
@Crivil643 жыл бұрын
The valves needs very sligth adjustments, because of the wear. You need to check the clearance and keep it to what the service manual recommend. Christian_64.
