Thanx for the video, it is helpfull. 90 degree valve stem came to my bucket list when I first time adjusted tire pressure. You may add the diameter of the stem hole ( 14mm ??? ) Rear wheel is super heavy, made of cast iron 😂 Cheers , JJ

Hey, nice job on your tire removal. I own a 05 ST and you are absolutely correct regarding the valve stem. However like you said it’s a great bike so smooth.

I haven't taken her for a spin yet. Got to put a tire on my crf250, going to take her out for a short stroll

@ min 8:30 It looks like your valve stem leaves not much room either. There are issues with centrifugal force, on at least some 90 degrees valve stems and I hope the core stays in place, because now the wheel turns in the same direction as the core's thread. I have had a larger bent stem and a safety rail around it, on another Honda. What I noticed and did not realize at first, was that there are holes in the hub, above the valves. You can use those in an intriguing manner. Bend the stem slightly over one way and get the lever into the hole. Then bend the stem a bit in the other direction and get the lever out the hole and in a clamped position. You can not just clamp on. It requires taking a good look at the hole and solving the puzzle.

It's much easier to just buy a 1/4 in. NPT Female Tire Chuck at home depot and add the fitting of your choice to attach it to your air compressor, with the added bonus of this newly made attachment working on nearly any motorcycle.

Do you need to do wheel balancing too by adding weights ??

I'm thinking about getting some stubby steel bolt on valve stems. May just carry a valve stem adapter for air filling and keep in glove box of bike. Does anyone know the actual valve stem size needed? Thanks

Vent TR412 33 mm long, for rim hole 11,3 mm. Unarguably one can use the hole in the wheel hub, right above the vent to place almost any connector that has a lever. Put the stretched lever in the hole first and push the connector on the stem. Then bend the stem a bit away or towards you and pull the handle over to locked position. Removal in reverse order, the lever is to be directed into the hub hole and then stretched completely.
