One of my favorite builds on KZbin at the moment. Developing your own suspension geometry takes real skill. I love the budget aspect of it too. Watching somebody rebuild a McLaren P1 is just never something that could happen to most people. Your build is so much more relatable. Even though you are using the shell of a Lamborghini, you didn't pay $100,000 for it.

And he always told me if you want somthing go and work and get it. I really hope i can inspire people and remind them that it is possible for normal everyday people to do these kind of things. I really hate it when people say lucky i have to make my own luck. But you know what the feeling i will have when this car is complete and does its first few laps will be out of this world. Order some Wilwoods. Best bang for the buck. Guaranteed quality and light. Mount the calipers toward the center of the car for center of gravity. (Rearward in front, forward in back) The build is looking good. Good on you for quitting smoking too.

The car will be light so maybe you can put these on the front and get some cheaper ones for the rear.... Else they could send you the dimensions of the rotor and caliper.

Just go to a service centre and ask them if you can have some old used discs of the same size for testing purposes. They are gunna throw them out anyway

Good on you for quitting smoking. Keep it up. I’m over a year now but I still use nicotine. I want to quit that too but I’m not too worried. Just glad I quit smoking. I’m Australian but live in the US these days. Cost of cars and car parts was one of the reasons I chose to live here. Gives me freedom to play a bit more with the toys I want to play with. CTS V brakes ftw. If you want to go that way I could probably help you somehow.

their excuse wouldn’t fly here in the EU they would then have to send all of the parts if they didn’t had description to clarify what you was getting or how to order both. Don’t you have a ministry of consumer in Australia? For example if anything like that happen in EU you open a case with the ministry and they look it and if it was no description of instructions how to order then they will contact the company to offer full refund or send the rest of the products. Sorry for my bad english i just try my best to explain.

No one likes people who are quitters. I’m buying my cigarettes for $8 a pack of 20. If I had to pay shop prices I would have to quit as well.
