Hammer impact they run twenty bucks you hit impact driver with a hammer (like a screw driver but when you hit it with a hammer it turns the screw) but that would save you from stripping screws I use one b4 I strip hard to twist screws especially when you're disassembling your case

This and the all vids, very informative. Touched on a few things, I was not aware of (race, year stamp). This is a customer’s bike? Did he own it or buy it? Always curious what one would of paid for a z50, in this shape. Will be a fun build, start to finish. Curious of price that goes into this build, the breakdown. As always, thanks for the vids. You always powder coat, you’ve never rattle caned a frame?

Wow dude, cut everything grind everything ruin everything isn't a solution. Sorry, not for me. I had high hopes of gaining some knowledge here,, didn't happen.

Sorry to disappoint - Fist of all define ruin -becuase I have solid box of Z50 parts at the end of this breakdown to rebuild with?? I guess you value your time and useless parts differently - I dont hold onto anything that cant be refurbished. Trust me I have tons of used bolts and parts that are keepers. If it doesnt meet a realistic reusablility it gets processed quickly (Work smarter not harder)
