Continuous innovation! What is the highest concentration of ethanol (E85 being the maximum) that CANFlex safely supports running on a stock FL5/DE5 fuel system? In your opinion are there any downsides to running higher concentrations of ethanol other than an earlier dilution of engine oil? I’m asking to learn. Thanks in advance!

CANFlex and the calibrations support E85. We run all our test cars on E85. On a stock FL5/DE5 the calibration reduces the boost at higher ethanol contents. The sweet spot is E40-50 for performance / boost / range. Ethanol absorbs water. We recommend every few months running a tank or two of pump gas.

No. This is 49 state certified, sets all readiness codes and passes a smog check.

Works with only 1.5t or 2.0t 10th or 11th Gen or 1.5t Acura or 2.0t Acura.
