Having to just restart an event over and over until you get the right RNG is bad game design. It's just not fun.

Honestly, looking at Hondo's kit again, it does appear that modding for protection is a genius move: First, is that it gives him a stronger start at 24% protection vs 16% health. Yes, his health doesn't stack as quickly, but at 50 stacks of ransom, you are pretty much unkillable, even with lowly modded health. Second, is that he recovers 5% protection when any character gains a buff. Gamorrean guard gains taunt and retribution, that's more protection for Hondo. When Hondo gains evasion and defense buffs, that's more protection for Hondo. Notice how he doesn't gain defense nor health. Third, the goal is to get to 20 stacks. Then, Hondo will gain protection from basics.

I absolutely despised this event...I seriously questioned why I was still playing while doing it and when I finished it I did not feel a sense of completion. Of course you seemed to have great RNG when recording. The only redeeming factor is it does force you to really learn how the character works in a mind-numbing, repetitive way.

R6 also is required for the Felucia CM anyway in TB phase 2, for guilds looking to max star the 2nd phase.

I’ve been trying this event for days and can’t get it. My Hondo is full zeta with level VI+ mods and relic 6 and he just dies so fast every time

Maybe try Relic 9, then he can last 2 or 3 turns before getting deleted and you can imagine you're making progress?

Quick generell question, is dr aphra worth bothering to unlock? I technicly have all her requirements but as all LSB enjoyers am I criticly low on Zetas. So I wonder, is aphra even worth unlocking for now or is it better to skip?

It took me over 280 attempts until the RNG fell in my favor. People need to treat this like a daily and just have patience. Even now, with my Hondo modded and at R7, I cannot just run it and beat it. The RNG on this is evil and laughs at you every time you fail. At least thats how I started feeling.
