They definitely fumbled on the backside. That mockup clearly doesn't match on the back. Whats the update after telling them?

They have a notes section where you can write how many inches down you want the print, from the neck hem. Relying on the visual placement on the mock-up isn’t going to guarantee an accurate placing :) Usually 2 inches down is best, though often they default to 3 inches. Not sure why, but I also find that way too low.

Probably a good idea to get a design of a color palette chart on a sample tee before doing your proper design 🤔 👕🎨

You have to specify exactly where you want the design to start and what the dimensions are. It’s a little time consuming but precise.
