This isnt MW3 and isnt supposed to be. Your expectations are skewed, and it has nothing to do with the game. No in real life we dont sprint around with firearms everywhere trying to crouch slide and get "The drop" on these fools. We move slowly, shoot from corners and talk to eachother.

Hi, thank you for your comment. You are completely right about the MW3 movement not being real! What did frustrate me about the gameplay was that you seem to be playing with a 'drunk' character and that "sprinting" was as slow as walking. The graphics are really good, and given the age of the developers, I applaud them for this product! For me, it just didn't live up to the hype at all. I'm pretty sure others will enjoy it 👌

@@shtoer I appreciate the responce. From the standpoint of someone that has been in one of thses situations, i feel like the game has the the closest fidelity out there to one of these situations. It has issues but big respectto the devs.

@@postal64 exactly! It's the movement itself that feels off to me, and what I didn't like. It's not the different POV and camera sway because of the webcam that bothered me. As stated before: this is my honest review, and I honestly could not enjoy it ... Doesn't mean others can't 👌

I think maybe, if you like fast, arcady-type shooters, your expectations might have been somewhat disappointed. I do like to play slower-paced milsim style games, and enjoy the emersion factor to a game as much as the gameplay, so this game looks really cool to me. In the more realistic shooters, it's common to have a steep learning curve and to die a lot before getting any kills. Also, the gameplay is a little slower and just different than arcade style shooters. If you like super-fast shooter gameplay that gets your adrenaline pumping, and you enjoy sci-fi/40k, you might enjoy playing Darktide. I like that game a lot for the immersion and also the faster pace and it's mix of melee and ranged gameplay.

Wow, well I am utterly shocked. It's so slow and boring compared to your killing sprees on DMZ. It's nice to see an honest review on this finally, and I've been sat here agreeing all the way through! Aww, Jolly, you're the best! It IS awfully slow... I did expect it to be slower than my usual COD games of course, but not this excruciatingly slow. And the aim!!! It's like their not even trying to stabilise their gun, just going in circles... Like whut? Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts! Cheers!

Please don't call this a review. This game does everything it set out to do, and it does it very well for an early access release. You don't like this game because it's different to what you want from an FPS, and you're not willing to adapt your play to suit what the game actually is. That's fine, but what isn't fine is completely ignoring the wealth of information already out there about what this game is, and criticising it for doing exactly what it says it will do. It's like refunding your new espresso machine because it doesn't make tea. Stick to COD.

Hi, thank you for your comment, I appreciate the time you took to write it. A review is a critical appraisal of published material (and give an opinion about it) I did just that. I tested out a product and decided why it was not worth it (for me), taking into account what this product promises to do and yes, I will continue to enjoy COD, until the developers screw it up even more and take down the warzone/DMZ servers. @@shtoer Your "review" is from the perspective of an audience looking for a different product, and being disappointed with the product you have despite it being what was advertised. There are certain genres of games that I will never like, such as fighting games. Do I like Street Fighter? No; I hate it. But then I'd never buy it because I can read the description and watch videos and know that I am not equipped with the knowledge, skill, or preferences to have an opinion because it isn't made for me people like me. This video is like me "reviewing" Street Fighter and claiming that it's not good and worth a refund.

I see the point you're trying to make and it's very valid I do feel it's not 100% applicable. When I bought this game, I had seen some footage and read something about it, what I looked forward to: - no HUD / not having information besides what you see and hear - more realistic shooting, as in: barely anybody can just snap to a person in real life and give them 10 headshots in a row (like it is in so many other FPS) - amazing graphics - no bunny hopping and slide shooting - no super fast movement without losing stamina etc ... I do get the point about playing games that are not necessarily your style (as stated, I'm a big fan of faster-paced games). This definitely has an influence on how we experience gameplay ... did it influence my judgement? Most probably, that's why in the title of this video I ask the question if this is an 'honest' review I would like to thank you for staying respectful in your comments, not many people manage to state their opinion without becoming assholes

Ye played it for 1.5 hours. Have a 4090 and yet got 50 fps on Deathmatch with stutters every time i shot while 200+ in the range. Funny game and idea, looks insane but they gonna need more menpower to hold a proper multiplayer experience

I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, now with revenue they can hire professionals to optimize the game. Still very impressive for two young adults to do

Graphics also stuttered (I have a GeForce RTX 4070, so that should not be an issue) The graphics in general are really good, I like the concept of the game and given the age of the developers, I applaud them for this product! They have a bright future ahead of them. For me, it just didn't live up to the hype at all, I was quite disappointed. I'm pretty sure others will enjoy it 👌

wow. This game, I will say they at least tried. But it's so buggy. You kept getting kicked out of servers or couldnt even join. Seems trash to me haha. THanks for your honest review, I won't be getting this based on what I see. That's not worth it at all. Maybe if they fix the bugs and make it better. On a positive note, glad they made it different from COD. Cod is Cod and its too Crazy. They need to change. So I do appreciate them trying to be different, but it needs some work. Thanks Shtoer!

Hi, thank you for taking the time to watch my video (and comment). I did actually ask for a refund, as the game really didn't suit me. I could not get past the things that I mentioned during my gameplay. I must add that I do applaud the developers, they brought out very realistic graphics and have a great concept. I'm even more impressed about their age! They have a bright future ahead of them in the gaming industry!
