If you have 1 month notice period you are very lucky. Generally notice periods are 2-3 months long and MNC's do make you serve all 3 months which itself feels like a decade 😭

No one can force you to serve notice period, just discuss with the HR or leave, you just won't get the experience letter but you can show the experience by payslips
