Unfortunately Abby you also break spirits in children as well. There is a way to teach and make a child successful and a go getter without breaking thier spirit or self esteem along the way. I danced when l was younger, l had to fight for 10 years to take lessons. I started at 12, at 13 l auditioned and made it onto the competition team at our studio. Tap came naturally to me, but l also loved Jazz, Contemporary and Ballet. At 14 l auditioned for a performing Arts High School and again was accepted into Dance as a major, Acting and Singing as a minor. I was never supported by my parents, not even with lessons l paid for them myself and was told you're never going to be good enough.. My sister started lessons at 3 and taken to play auditions and constantly told how great she was by my parents but never made it into anything. I can tell you words hurt especially from someone a kid looks up to. I will never forget the words my parents said knowing l had more talent than my sister. I have a creative soul. I have 3 kids and 3 grandchildren and l teach them all and always watch what comes out of my mouth.

I just love you and I've been binge watching Seasons 1-8 and I enjoy it immensely. I can tell so much was drummed up for tv and the production. I hate the way the Ziegler's left the show.
