honestly, the thing that Kyle shared about social media and people reading that others are so called ‘depressed’.. that can really get to your head and get you thinking and you might think that you are also depressed but please don’t let that get into your head. Think positively. Call a friend or text whatever it is that can distract you from thinking those things. Of course it’s ok to feel down sometimes. People have good and bad days and that is ok.
