If you like Rosé's voice, you can simply praise her voice without bringing up other vocalists. Only blinks do this, I've never seen other fandoms do this. Tone is a matter of preference, so you can't objectively say Rosé's tone is superior than these other vocalists, like you blinks always do. And it's also highly disrespectful to the others as well.

The diferrence between Rosé and Jisoo's pre chorus delivery is that Jisoo stayed up on her head tone the whole delivery while Rosé did a mix. She went up and down chest and head and that vibrato at the end. Technique everyone.
