It’s about her spending time with a guy she likes, but she can’t stay with him longer than 12 because of her curfew (which I understand is a thing in Korea, even for young adults in their 20s for unmarried people). It’s about the yearning wanting to be with your significant other but not breaking the social taboo of spending the night. Hence the sensual vibes!
