I think the part "Too many angels dying now" is referring to the idols who committed suicide because of hate comments and I personally think that this song is directed to internet hate and people who bully others in general. "Scream" was also directed to bullying and how words can affect a person. Oh and Handong is still in China because she participated in a survival show there called "Youth With You" but because her passport says that she is from Wuhan, she had trouble going back to Korea.

Snowy Monica I think the songs have multiple meanings. For example, based off the lyrics Scream was about witch burnings, AND modern bullying, AND whatever the heck was going on with the tree and people not saying nice things anymore in the MV. I really like how much depth there has been to their past few comebacks! Unfortunately i havent seen many insomnias theories on DC dystopia lore but I bet there are some out there/will be soon.

Handong was in China since Scream promotions. She participated in a Chinese Survival Show but eliminated during the contest. As of now, she can’t go back to Korea since her passport was from Wuhan, China and she stays there for a while. She’s done (I think) memorizing her part in Scream a few months ago. She’ll be back soon.

Handong participated in the competition called Youth With You, a survival show held in China at the beginning of 2020. Handong left for China just after they released Deja Vu; they completed their main promotions, and she left just as they started their European tour (which was gutting, because that was literally a couple of weeks before I met the rest of them). She took part in a Chinese survival show called Youth With You, but the "fun" kicked in partway through the series, limiting her ability to come back. On top of that, apparently her visa expired, and because she's from Hubei province (Wuhan), which Korea has blocked for the time being, that's put even more red tape around her return. Apparently the restrictions have been lifted now, and there are whispers that she could be back with the girls soon - Yoohyeon was getting quite excited about the prospect on a recent Vlive... :D If you're reacting to guides, I'd recommend (and I won't be the only one) Mera's "Dodging Disbandment (and Other Extreme Sports)", which goes into Deukae's (extremely) rocky history, and is an absolutely fascinating (and brilliantly edited) look into where they've come from, and to some extent, an exploration into why they're not as massive as we all know they deserve to be...

Dreamcatcher sind einzigartig. Ich hatte zuerst so Anfang 2020 - zufällig und durch YT-Empfehlung nach dem Hören von einem Song von Band Maid - von Dreamcatcher "Piri" und danach "Scream" gehört und war danach völlig fertig. Ich glaube ich habe diese Lieder danach tagelang angehört und die Videos gesehen. Es war wie eine musikalische und visuelle Offenbarung. Und K-Pop war für mich damals ein Fremdwort. Danach alles von Dreamcatcher angeschaut was auf dem offiziellen Kanal war. Mittlerweile auch Konzertausschnitte - sie sind so gut live. Es wird nicht langweilig. Vielen Dank für Deine herausragende Reaktion auf "Boca", einem weiteren großartigen Song. Jetzt ist 2023 und ich warte auf die Fancams und offiziellen Videos von der US-Tour ab Ende Februar. :). I'm quite neutral about dreamcatcher but this song has been the most satisfying of all the releases this year even though the second verse rap messes with my head a bit because its so different from the entire song but I still love it. It's a bop.
