Silent night is easily one of my favorite dreamcatcher songs, probably second after deja vu. In fact, all that album is a masterpiece. I was really really expecting for you to react to this one since you started reacting to Dreamcatcher.

The detail that I love the most in this song is that after Yoohyeon says "Don't knock" the kick stops, as if it followed Yoohyeon's order. It's pretty cool.

Aaron probably should consider to do full album listening for their early debut B side? esp Intro..never skip them Twice- Oxygen ..you kidding me? 😨 Aaron..both are totally different instrument..and also deep bass differential. You have no ideal how Silent Night bass..are so refine and so punchy... Oxygen is just a typical elecronic drum more to discoish. The drive of Leez and Ouulander used are definitely a physical drum..

This is considered as the best b-side they have by many Insomnias and it's always saddening that there never was any special clip for it. I second all the comments for In The Frozen next. The Korean public may not be paying attention to Dreamcatcher, but the other choreographers and songwriters in the industry certainly are. I keep seeing their influence in other groups like Twice. JYP is paying attention. During the Nizi Project when the girls were practicing for their cover of Heartbeat the ending choreo was sloppy. During the performance they'd changed the ending to the ending of Dreamcatcher's Red Sun. It's sad they don't get the recognition they deserve, but that often happens to trailblazers.

Dreamcatcher is queen of kpop remix because of sound quality, remix arragement. So powerful as to max volume and tune byself.

Depending on how you perceive it, the tempo of the outro breakdown could actually be slower relative to the chorus. Assuming the chorus is "normal time" with the verses being half time, the outro breakdown can be interpreted as something in middle, if you count on the kicks and the downbeat. On the other hand, you can argue that the triplet metre subdivisions create an uptempo feel. Definitely a metric/tempo modulation either way.

Welcome to one of my top three favorite Dreamcatcher songs of all time. Silent Night was as much a turning point in their career as Deja Vu was. Raid of Dream remains one of their greatest releases ever. Silent Night started the EDM revolution DC is enjoying right now. And it begins with Handong’s first verse. It was definitely what was missing in the first two Dystopia albums (admitted by composer LEEZ in Dongie’s return vlog) and its why Road to Utopia sounds as great as it does. I can’t praise this song enough. It’s what really got me excited about Dreamcatcher’s future.

Wrong way round; _JiU_ had the sword in the beginning of Deja Vu, but she threw it away, then _Yoohyeon_ picked it up and charged her. But yeah, same album; the songs are loosely connected. It's sort of its own mini-canon, not part of the Nightmare family. Like FR mentioned, DC and co were really surprised by just _how_ popular this song turned out to be, which inspired them to lean toward the EDM side when they were putting together Scream.

This is such a great song for me and one of the coolest of DC. The final part its genius, I just love DC EDM songs. Its something I always expecting from their comebacks. Btw I been living under a rock these days so I just see news about Elkie is not part of CLC and CUBE company. This is so sad bc I was just starting to listen to CLC songs bc their are pretty close to DC so I was curious but now getting into CLC knowing that Elkie, one of the members I really was looking forward so much is not gonna be there for CLC's future, makes me feel already empty.
