Hey Aaron, this MV was the version without the story. Run Devil Run was the repackaged version of Oh. So if you see the MV version of Oh watch the story one of Run Devil Run after so you can understand the story (it's fun!). Glad you like Run Devil Run it's really fun to watch it live too! I highly recommend checking out their Japanese releases like Paparazzi or Galaxy Supernova! In the past, the tittle track song of a repackage album used to get less production than the main tittle track so that could answer why RDR is a simple music video. A curious fact is that RDR music video was filmed in 3D or something similar. And I don’t know if they were the first one to do it but it was unique haha 3d was really a thing those times. I suppose that they used high quality cameras to do it so that’s why the music video looks kinda different too.

Yeah Run devil run is one of my faves too 😊 I think you should have reacted to Oh by SNSD first then run devil run after it cause the MVS are kinda connected just Oh is a cutie and a bubbly song and runs devil run has a badass vibe Run devil run you can say it's an original remake of Kesha's song " Run devil run " that Kesha didn't release officially so SM bought the demo from Kesha herself and made Run devil run an original SNSD song , i think Kesha's song was played one time in a radio or something like that but she didn't really release it as in official release , if you wanna listen to Kesha's version you can hear it it's available on KZbin I am requesting " oh " by SNSD for the next reaction 😊
