it’s great that you don’t look at it from a ship perspective but there’s nothing wrong with acknowledging a special bond between two of them. most of the fandom is aware that jimin and jungkook out of all members might be the closest, they share such a special and precious bond. it’s beautiful to witness really, they have a bubble for just themselves and share certain aspects of themselves only with each other. bighit staff said they never see them separated backstage, they always talk about each other even if they weren’t asked and they share their free times together. jikook are a rarity.

@@bella7162 vmin is no longer the closest, that was before. You can't barely see them interacting to each other and we all know it coz their life off stage is also an open book to public. The fact that jimin even flew back all the way from Paris to Busan just to prepare surprises for Jk's birthday. No one can ever questioned how the bond of this two is way special among the other members. Even the satff always refer this two as unit "jungkook & jimin" and even the members. In all interviews they always put some statement towards each other. In Anum magazine jungkook even said that he feels connected to jimin everytime they're on stage. So I can say this two are the closest friends now in the group. While Tae is now more closer to Hobi...

I love how jimin is always happy no matter what even when he's hurt he always loves to laugh and smile. Even when hes around Kookie he's like the happiest person in the world and he loves the Army, BTS and of course Kookie. I obviously know that they are not together but they make each other happy and that's all that matters. (Dont mind my grammar) Jungkook is the same but he's just a little to hard on himself and he should get out there and see all the work that he has accomplished with BTS and even himself as one of the most famous K-POP group. Honestly when he's around chimchim its like he's in a whole other planet because they make each other laugh, smile and they comfort each other when their feeling down. Oh 100% I relate to the behavior. It's such an unhealthy standard I try hold myself up to. I care more about making the people around me proud than I do about making myself. An example is that I'm currently at university studying a course I didn't want to do because my dad wanted me to do it. He didn't force me, but I chose it to make him proud. And now that I'm not doing well I degrade myself for not being good enough. I'm trying to stop doing that but it's hard, I just want to please everybody.

I couldn't see any respond on your question about what happened to Jungkook so just to be sure. When they went on their first London-tour JK was doing some stretching/warmup backstage when he hit his heel at the edge of a table ( I think!) and got a quite deep cut so he needed stitches and then was banned from dancing and moving around on stage which made him noticeably emotional since everyone knows how he loves giving the ARMY's a great show and he felt so guilty for having to sit down while the others was dancing and running around.
