Personally I would say jungkook can be the best vocalist in many people's eyes. An army myself, he is my bias in bts and not exactly my priority in best vocalist of kpop. He has an amazing and incredible voice, without doubt. It's just everyone has different opinions. :)

Jungkook especially ever since 2019 he has improved so much. He is adding so many techniques and styles these days. Changing between powerful and soft. He is doing so many highnotes. Lately he is doing more lower notes too. Harmonisations, backing vocals he does it all. His vocal runs are getting even more complex. It’s why these days especially on korean media he is getting more and more recognised. Even foreign media highlighted him many times. Even Grammy committee talked about him many many times. One of the Grammy committee said that his voice and technique is impressive and the way he can switch so lightly and make those transitions. There are too many praises to really highlight one but he has been praised by like everyone 😂 even his antis can’t drag his vocals at this point. The best part of it all. He only just turned 23 and hasn’t reached his full potential. People be ready for when he drops his mixtape.

All I can think about it fetus Jungkook, back in 2014, when they did "American Hustle Life," and in one of the interviews he said that he doesn't like doing vocal exercises. Then teacher Iris came and he just blossomed from then on. He really stands out.

he is so versatile, It's very impressive how much he has developed his vocals. When he harmonizes with other members, it's eargasmic. Also, I think he was always good with his ad-libs but recently with My Time and On, he has nailed down adding emotions to them which is the most important part of ad-libs and it's very hard. I am so proud of him. can't wait to hear the full version of Decalcomania if and when he drops it.
