taehyungs solo is my favourite so far from bts. it has taken over indigo in terms of artistry already and it just seems like the truest form of music you'll get from bts as a group or individuals. i love how he's unapologetically sticking to genre that he loves and not going for mainstream noise. he's truly a musician whose focus is quality and depth.

rainy days makes you miss things, you've to listen to it a number of times to get all that he's doing with his voice in this. the little quirks here and there, wow. i am so impressed. i wanted a joon and tae collab in one of their albums because nobody does art and music like them. they gave us 4o' clock and dipped forever. i hope i get something from them in future.

the "rainy days" mv was created using a dog's point of view, because dogs can only distinguish between yellow and blue, so in this mv the visuals are made from a dog's point of view, and tells us that this is how the visual looks like from a dog's vision.. v really loves yeontan in fact everything in this album is associated with yeontan, the album release date is also after yeontan's birthday, v said that this is yeontan's debut😂😂

Always enjoy your honest review. Tae just has that Artistic flair and Magnetism with everything. The more you listen the more addictive the repetitive loop. Humans are naturally repetitive in most relationships as a form of reassurance.

I honestly think tae changed the breathiness in his voice which made it sound more full, I liked the change he made but the overall song I agree can fit any mood and has its catch. I love love the mv and jazz added to the beginning.

The mv for RAINY DAYS is just PERFECT in so many ways. From KIM TAEHYUNG's vocals, the set up, the venue of the mv shot in a very luxurious hotel in MADRID, is incredibly insane! We saw how creative and artistic TAEHYUNG in this mv. He really shows us the other side of him. The song is very cool, and sending us a good vibe. This is the kind of sound I need to listen to it 24/7. His voice is really perfect for this kind of genre. Congratulations TAEHYUNG for giving us beautiful music at this point in time.

I guess I don't agree about not feeling emotions from this song because I feel yearning from this song but its almost like a Groundhog day sort of mentality the same day over & over. He misses this person & at the beginning of song there were the words cozy & stuck. You get the feeling he is bored without the person he misses & that lethargic/mundane feeling to fill his day. No matter what, the vocals are amazing.

The apartment Taehyung is filmed in is within the Torres Blancas (white towers), by Francisco Javier Sáenz de Oiza. A famous, brutalist designed luxury apartment block in Madrid. It's iconic in the world of architecture for it's styling and execution. The song is introspective, mesmeric ~ an expression of thought. I love the play on monotone language; there's a detached coolness in tone; English and Korean run lazily into one as if he can't be bothered with what's going on ~ that part of him in 'Love Me Again' is still a little pissed he can't get through to her. Was she on the end of that phone, or had she put it down while he was singing ~ or had he rung her at all? But, still, you can feel the yearning. The tracks are supposed to be listened to in order as it tells the story. The ending may be dark; Taehyung can be savage. I love that he treats his voice and music as an extension of his mind, his poetry and his art.

There are excellent discussions on Twitter about references to The Truman Show, to Picasso, and animation art with zoetropes in this music video which seem to tell the story of Kim Taehyung. The BTS members solo projects have been so amazing with each of them being able to express their sense of maturing selves in a more complete manner ❤ Thanks for your reaction ❤

Thank you for your honest reacts. I like the vibe of the song. I agree with you in some way that, the song can be felt in different ways, depends on the listener (if one is sad...or happy...) It's an "easy on the ears" kind of song. I feel like the album "Layover" will have that kind of theme. Easy listening music that everybody can relate to. No need to super analyze the lyrics, which I, for one, likes so much. BUT, we'll see. I could be wrong. Hehehe! Looking forward to listening to the rest of the songs in the album. In The Truman Show, Truman drew something similar around his own reflection in the mirror, not realising his whole life has been a reality show for the whole world to watch. Just like V and the other BTS members. Picasso was also known to drew this type of caricature around his own reflection, it isn’t too far fetched to think that the scene in The Truman Show was inspired by this ad a commentary on showmanship, conscious, or not. The zoetrope and running films on TV in the music video call back to old fashioned animation techniques. In this MV he is the animator of his own life. Using bread to paint apparently is also an allusion to Picasso, and some said the role of bread in life and relationships. Here he is also confined to a pod high in the sky. He is up there and isolated with only technology connecting him to others. Anyways. Better explanations on Twitter ❤

You know, I've been thinking about why we hear his voice differently in regular BTS albums. It seems like they often tweak it to sound less deep, you know what I mean? Back since I started getting into Kpop in 2008, it's pretty clear that deeper voices weren't the hot favorite. People, including producers, seemed to lean more towards those clear and high-pitched voices like Jimin, Onew, Taemin, Sunggyu, and all that jazz. So, gotta admit, I'm pretty darn excited about his solo album 'cause I've got this thing for that deep male voice vibe :)

To say "least out of all members" is a confession that Autotune is preferable regardless of Indigo as there are 7 members. The negativity lies in the OP comment as this is a reaction to Tae's B Side track. Any BTS fan would know what to expect from Tae after all of his outstanding solo releases to date. Suspicion is warranted.
