As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD as a 26 yo adult, the validation alone has changed my life. Growing up thinking you’re shit at everything you do, even the things other people find simple, is soul crushing. Just knowing that I have a brain that literally does not see the world the same as everyone else, makes a world of a difference. Glad to see you again! Lovely to see you’re doing well.

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you. ♥ About three months ago, one of my best friends told me they're struggling with anorexia, so I've been educating myself on it ever since then, and your channel has been so INCREDIBLY helpful in understanding what they're currently going through. I've watched so many of your videos by now and I'm so so happy for you and proud of you for coming this far!! I definitely agree with the comment saying you've been looking radiant recently. 💛 My friend is currently in recovery and I'm doing my best to support them. I really, really hope that in a few months or years, however much time they need, they'll be fully recovered from their anorexia as well - you've given me hope that that is absolutely possible. Thank you so, so much!! ❤❤❤

I love it so much it’s such a comfort thing and I truly can’t go a day without playing it and I feel better hearing you saying that u also play it since I’ve been overthinking the fact that I’m 20 and instead of going out I most likely play the sims 😭🌟

Hey, I've been following your journey since the beginning pretty much and kinda hit similar milestones alongside, which is still so weirdly amazing to think about, so I now finally wanted to leave a comment. I love you ❤ you're doing amazing and your a wonderful person. It's given me immense strength to check in with your channel now and again and to see so many of my own thoughts and feelings reflected back at me, but also to look back at your progress and realise my own. I'm so proud of us ❤🎉 Actually, I kinda stumbled upon this realisation that an assistance dog might be life-changing for me, especially with fears of going outside and meeting people and dissociation, so I thought I'd share the general idea with you, maybe it is something for you to consider too. It's not cheap where I live, but insurance is sorta turning on it rn so maybe it'll be a possibility soonish. Take care 💗

hi ro🤍 ive been in ed recovery for a while now but the last week ive decided thats its time for me to rly commit to recovery and just get my life back. i find your videos and the fact that now you’re doing so many new things and are able to work on other aspects of your mental health and identity so inspiring and motivating. you rly just make me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel , and that even tho life obviously has its ups and downs it is possible to grow and find healthy coping mechanisms. i just really wanted to thank you because your videos have helped me more than you can ever imagine. 🤍🤍

One is free now, and another one coming up soon. Make sure you get them if you don’t have them already. My favorite packs are Realm of Magic, Cottage Living, Horse Ranch, and Crystal Creations, but I have them all. City Living is amazing, too.

I don’t want to ask invasive questions about your medication but I have adhd and have been in recovery from anorexia and I want to go on medication for adhd but I’m afraid of some of the hunger reducing side effects of some medication. I’ve talked to my psychiatrist about non stimulant medications, but I’m very fearful of anything that might make continuing recovery any more difficult
@Jjj3578910 ай бұрын
I’m on the same medication as Ro and have found it to have very little hunger reducing side effects. However, I was previously on vyvanse which severely impacted my appetite and affected my recovery at the time. My psychiatrist was very helpful in finding me the right meds. Just be really clear about your concerns with your psychiatrist and don’t be afraid to talk to them if you notice changes in your appetite, there are a lot of different meds you can try to find the right ones.

As someone on adhd meds - I wonder if this is how I come across!! Especially, the “wired” part. I remember when I had my job interview and I finished it in 30 mins 😂 I got the job as they thought I was super bubbly. But adhd is hard as it is difficult to know what is true adhd and what is childhood trauma.
