HONEST REVIEW: L-Lysine Tablets

Hey guys!
If you're like me, you get bumps here and there like normally. However towards the end of summer, I suffered from a period of hormonal acne which frustrated me to no end. So after researching, I decided to try L-Lysine Tablets. I talk more about my experience more in the video.

Hope this helps someone…I purchased mine from Target (UP brand) it instructs 2 pills a day 1,000mg each pill for adults. I’ve seen a crazy difference in my acne & hyperpigmentation.

I bought some a week or so ago I have been hesitant. My skin has been going nuts!!!! The scaring is depressing! I plan to drink large amounts of water and sticking to my strict routine
