I stayed in the same hotel and my room's layout was exactly the same. When I landed in my room (along with my husband and my daughter) I found a hat on the bed (belonging to the previous guest who stayed in that room) that was supposedly cleaned as per covid control guidelines. Anyways they offered us to change our room but we preferred getting the same room cleaned again as we had already put and set our luggage there. The trip was comfortable. Food was good. Service was good. And since we stayed on floor 12 the food esp breakfast used to reach us pretty late. I had to call several times to get breakfast for my daughter but they ended up being rude to me telling me how my calling them over and over again is interferring with their work. But again I would say my overall experience was pretty good.

Just a information. The hotel you stayed in was not a full service hotel thats why nobody is going to pick your bag here. secondly its not india where everyone is pampered for no reason. Also guest is not always right here, Hospitality is different here. welcome to canada learn to be self sufficient good luck.

Canada is behaving like a king , everybody will have to follow their instructions like servents. I don’t know why they’re behaving like this , when foreigners come to india, we Indian open theirs hands nd grab them or hold them tightly nd don’t want to let them go but when we think about ourselves, they have different plan for us moreover, they just make money from students with the help of college, banks , nd now when their economy comes down they started new method and that is hotels and take full advantage of COVID-19 on the other hand our Indian government feed their native nd help poor countries for humanity.

Hi Nav, a few questions: 1. Did you pay any extra security deposit at the front desk on check-in over and above your booking price? I am asking because I was chatting with Doubletree Customer Service Rep and she told me I will be charged $200 pp-pn extra on check-in. Also she did not mention if this was refundable on check-out. On the other hand when I was chatting with a rep from "Doubletree by Hilton Toronto Airport West " he told me they will charge $150 and its refundable. Could be that the previous rep gave me incorrect information but since its different hotel it could be possible also. I am guessing you were at "Doubletree by Hilton Toronto Airport" so please share your experience. 2. Other question that I have been asking around is about shuttle transfer airport to hotel. is this mandatory? Cant my husband pick me up and drop me at the hotel? That way I can hand over all my luggage to him and can go to the hotel with just my carry-on. 3. Last, but very important :)....if my COVID test result is negative, can I check out and they will refund the money?

One of my friend is staying in Double Tree by Hilton and its like they gave non-veg even though she mentioned at front desk that she needs pure veg no eggs no fish but she received non veg in her dinner. When she complained about it they just took the non veg item from that box and kept something like non veg patty. After an argument with one of the staff member she was asked to eat non veg as staff member said that it is boneless and it comes under veg. Like what the hell is she saying 😂😂 worst experience I must say. Don’t book your stay if you are an pure vegetarian. Thank You 👍🏻

In 1 stage study online and in 2 stage students come to canada. Most of students got 1 stage visa and they start online classes. Now 1 year passed ircc don't give us 2 stage visa we complete one year stdy . But other side ircc give visas to Ontario students and other province students. Now if we ask to college why we don't getting visas . They tell us we don't have any answer. We ask them refund our full fee they tell us we don't refund your fee. We are totally stuck. It us very depressed situation for us. One student committed sucide from us . We want justice
