Great review, very relevant and comprehensive. Question for anyone: How is soundproofing in the rooms? I've read from a few people about not just airplane noise - but in some room road noise and also, noise from people walking upstairs. Thinking of doing a 21 hour layover in Singapore and booking this place for family's sleeping but if it's that noisy - maybe I need to reconsider. Thanks

In our room we didn't have any issues. Our room was corner room one side facing the airport and room on the other side.

Hi, did you guys book 1 room for your whole family? with 3 kids? was the size ok?

Correct one room... 1 kid in our room with baby cot. Other two kids slept in the other room with roll over bed and 3rd kid on the sofa. I highly recommend the suite they are very large in size.

Is it easy to get to Jewel without needing to deal with security/immigration? I'll be leaving Singapore and flying home to Canada and am thinking of staying the last night at the airport.

Yes Absolutely Jewel is before security and immigration so you can walk from the hotel takes just few mins.
