not a huge fan of how much squad busters exploits FOMO, with how they give you so little time to do so much and constantly shove 3 hour events at you. even the chest doublers being timed. it just feels really icky in how aggressively the game tries to make itself psychologically addictive.

Time doublers are so annoying, I think they should make it so you can store the chest doublers so you can choose when you want to use them or when you get a chest doubler for 3 games you get double characters, no time limit cause with that you are rushing after the game to start another which is frustrating.

I agree, I wished the last hr or so of the ice event had guaranteed modes for collecting spirits. I got some bad draws and struggled a bit for another chest

I think they should expand the time periods to events like ice world for example 10 days not 7 days

I hated the ice event when I was playing as I was throwing so many matches just to get the ice spirits and I was playing so much squad busters I got sick of it (I completed the event). But your opinion definitely shifted my mind a little bit. The max rewards are probably for ppl like me who grind, or people who pay for it. I would assume the mindset behind the event is just to give people one or two characters free if they put a bit of time into it and that really changed my perspective. On the topic of the 100 babies versus a classic or super, I think you can make the argument of adding more babies to the milestones, but i personally think getting babies is better than receiving evolutions as babies you can upgrade to get portal energy whereas evolutions don't give as much portal energy (only if you're at the cusp of unlocking a super or ultra evolution in which case if they gave you the equivalent babies you woulda got that evolution portal energy plus the portal energy from baby->classic anyways)

These group event awards are generous. 20000 gold, plus 100 babies (80000 gold in shop) plus a skin. And it doesn’t matter what they set the level at. There is no way SC will admit that the event failed, so no matter how many chickens are actually picked, SC will say the total was more than 120 mill. I thought the ice spirits event was way too grindy. I got to 190, and it was worse than doing any of the spell grinds, except it lasted a full week. It would have been much better if super ice spirits appeared more regularly. There were just far too many games where I would end up with 3-5 spirits. And for most of that time, spirits were the only thing I was getting from playing, since had hit my daily limits on portal energy and megas.

@FullFrontage, I just unlocked Tank the other day so now I have all of the characters unlocked, with 200,000 coins all free to play! Most of my commons and rares are super, but almost all of my epics are still classic! I have probably played this game too much this month since it released in US, but I do have all of the characters for free!

I think events should be separate altogether. Otherwise you've people pushing trophies etc and you're getting busted and you're trying to complete the ice challenge etc.

I liked the ice world event but didn't like how ice world was added i have not reach even close to squad league yet and i imagine that new players will find it impossible to get to squad league. Another problem I have recently felt with the game also is how wierd the draft picks are and how it is all based on luck in squad league everyone has the same draft but before everyone has separate draft picks (basically if your rng is bad and don't get traders while everyone else does you just lose)

the second problem does feel a bit bad when you get screwed by your draft but I don't agree with squad league taking too long. It's meant to be the last world and it wouldn't make sense if half the player base was in that world. Most games that have a progression based system the top 1-10% usually occupy the highest tier and I think that's fine

@@LoveLsplayz we have no guarantee that all new worlds will push back squad league. I think squad league where its at now is fine, i reached the first one in less than a month of f2p. However if they do continue to push back squad league I do agree that's unsustainable

In my opinion chicken comunity event is 5th event 1. Pre-registration comunity event 2. Wizard event that gives you news spells 3. Tara event with chests 4. Ice world event 5. Chicken comunity event They should be event that for kiling enemies squad units you get points with which you can buy up to 100 babies character

Community event is good, no pressure, just play as much as you want, if no chicken in our draft no problem, because other people will draft it I honestly didn't see anything wrong with this event, basically they want to give free gift, and now we already got to 50M 🎉🎉 Ice Event is the worst for me, especially after we knew that Dr T is not that strong in current meta, is not worthed to go unlock him with all those crazy grind 😂😂

Anyone else feel like they're throttling the progression in this chicken event? I've played 12 matches since we unlocked the 20 mil prize and in those 12 matches I've had chicken in my draft 2 out of the 12. In the 15 matches previous to that I had chicken 12 out of the 15. And if the battles log went further back I know it would be even worse.

I would love to see clans in the game and be able to add people after a match cause the game is marketed as a "play with friends" type game. I honestly thought they had more things prepared for the first update but they didn't and It disappointed me sm.

I don’t think the event was good you have all of the characters so it doesn’t matter for you but me playing with 3 epics in squad League getting 4th epic would have been massive deal for me.
