Eisha.. those Middle Eastern fragrances definitely have to sit way more than a few days.. more like a few weeks to months depending on the notes… since u can’t return them, I’d say put them away in the closet (dark and cool place) and come back in a few weeks. They will absolutely change over time. You’d be surprised how different they will smell ❤

I completely agree! I macerate my arabic frags for at least 6 months. I love Khamrah and Nebras but Yara is the one which I hate - Khadlaj Nuha is similar scent profile but way better perfume!

Caramel cascade does get better when it macerates. I was a bit weirded out at first but now I love mine.

I totally understand not wanting to let your fragrances sit. I’m the same way. I want to smell it and wear it right then and there. Having to wait for it to mature over a few months is not my thing. At that point you might as well save up money to buy the original fragrance it’s trying to “dupe”

Hello Eisha! Angels Share and Khamra are sooooo spicy and Christmas-y and strong. I see your from Georgia where its probably very warm, I live in NY and can wear these in the dead of winter ONLY. If I sprayed them in summer Id probably stroke out. So I totally get why you hate them. If you ever find yourself in 10-20 degree weather give them a sniff and see if you feel different, Id love to hear!

KHAMRAH is a lot. Super sweet and spicy imo. I used to say it smells like thanksgiving lol… too much for me. I’m with you there. This may be the first time I heard anyone compare Yara to flowerbomb. To me, they are worlds apart. Just goes to show how everyone interprets scents differently. Nice video!

I'm not on tik tok but youtube convinced me to purchase arabian perfumes too. I took a while curating what I thought I might like and then I found an arabian perfume store open up near by me. It had only opened 10 days before. I was able to smell some of the scents I had on my wishlist. I think it's popular to blind buy things, but it's always better to test when possible, especially when it comes to our wallets. Maybe in the future, you can do Arabian samples to see if round 2 goes better? You just got recommended to me, and I'm looking at your previous content. You have a lovely hair journey! In terms of perfume, what's next on your wishlist, and what is your current go-to?

I recently also got the chance to smell a lot on my list at the store as well. Totally different. My list got cut in half lol. Thank you! I typically do hair content but currently I don’t have any fragrance on my wishlist. I smelled them and hate them lol. My go to fragrances are Gucci Guilty Black, Kayali Pistachio, 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods and Valentino Born in Roma

Your videos are so informative. Love your makeup. Like how you explain things but I have a question. I have a sensitive nose. My doctor gave me the name. If I smell perfume it gives me a headache. I would love to wear perfume but I cannot. Would you happen to have a recommendation? I still enjoy your video. Keep pushing those videos. I will be watching.

Thank you so much!! I also have a sensitive nose. I would personally go into a Sephora or Ulta and smell a few fragrances to see what you like and get a sample or small size first. Never get the intense version of anything. If perfumes are too strong you can use body sprays. They are lighter but won’t last as long on the skin! Or fragrance oils are a good option too

Definitely!!, you could even layer it with a spicy men’s fragrance. However only in cold weather!! In fact I feel like chocolate scents in general smell better on men. Maybe that’s just me but women will definitely love smelling you 😉

Technically anyone can wear any fragrance. It’s just a personal preference. It’s more on the sweeter side but layer it with something else that’s spicy or musk if that’s more your vibe
