If people can't handle sitting next to a stranger on an amusement ride, then that's on them and their own antisocial issues. Paul Stallings Well if you think about it amusement parks are a hub of unsupervised children and young people on their first time out alone or in small groups. So from a certain perspective it probably is a quite popular place for predators. But still... If people were really conatantly disapearing outside themeparks you would think there would be a bit more publicity... And if there isnt maybe there should be...
@wildcatste7 жыл бұрын
I live in Orlando. Not much of the trafficking is of kids on vacation but foreigners being trafficked in. Their biggest customers are dads on vacations with their families. The dads sneak away supposedly for a drink or something but are really going to pay for prostitution. So the predators are often family men. In this way whenever there are busts it's easy to avoid disney. News reports are just about men on vacation with their families getting caught going to a prostitution ring that has foreign minors.

I lived near both Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland when I was a kid. Knott's had free admission, (back then anyways). For a while I lived so close to Disneyland we would watch the nightly fireworks from our porch, it got So OLD that even now I don't really enjoy a fireworks show. As late as the early '70's you could still get into Disneyland for a $2 general admission. This was a bargain to me since the rides weren't that big a deal for me. I always had plenty of the old alphabet tickets for rides that were left behind by relatives that came to California for a visit and gave us their leftover tickets before heading back east. The real attraction for me was being able to see top performers play for just $2. I used to go and see Buddy Rich, Blue Mitchell, Maynard Ferguson, Louis Bellson, and a lot of other top name jazz artists. And growing up near Knott's was also a benefit. It was THE hang out place in Orange County in the '50's, '60's and '70's. Everyone would just cruise through. But both parks changed, and Disney of course became prohibitively priced. A place that once was available to go and enjoy yourself became too expensive and uncomfortable to visit. Knott's is still semi-reasonably priced, and has some good rides as well.

Or how gerrymandering doesn't really exist seeing we only do a census every 10 years and people move. Another episode was the border wall episode which was completely debunked but a good example is when he said the wall isnt going to help because up to 20-40% of illegal immigrants will still be able to get past the wall. That is deceptive phrasing because really the phrasing should be the wall is 60%-80% effective, which is pretty good. He also said how our country originally operated by having immigrants come in, do work, go home and have some wealth, assuming this was something we've always done and agreed on. This is a lie. We have been debating this for hundreds of years and is one of the several reasons for the mexican American war. So adam ruins everything because he is a liar. The wall was a massive waste of time, money and an entire election.
