Dear Janek and Honza, Please could you look into the restaurant SVEJK, Mustek, Prague 1. They have extremely low rating on google reviews and they always attach 10% tip to the receipts and also they charge you for bread etc. even though they do not tell you about it. Please, you should expose them because tourists are having very bad experiences in that place. The staff over there are extremely rude if you dont want to tip. I think all tourists would be safer and would benefit if you showed how the restaurant tricks people.

@@VaffReverie The 10% service tip is already on the bill. They expect a separate tip in cash for the server and the kitchen. They have even told customers that they don't get paid and the tip is their wage. Bread is given to you whether you want it or not. You should never have to pay for something you haven't ordered. Pretzels are already placed on the table so people assume they are free. You also get charged for the pretzels. A new fan of yours. Thank you for doing these videos. After watching your videos and others like yours it seems the common thing here is that these scammers are not locals in the city. And when the scammer said "only tourist, not Czechs" - my thought is maybe that is why locals in the city and other cities do not take it serious because they are not being affected by it as well as the police and politicians. And because tourist are there for short time, they won't report it - hence multiple offenders get off easily. And for certain these scammers have a bigger boss so that's why they are gutless so please be careful too.

Kudos to you man for helping out tons of people over the years. In hindsight it doesn’t seem worth it. The government is showing you apathy. The cops looks the other way all too often. You only got a camera guy or two to watch your back & that too only when you’re officially filming. Who knows when the target on your back starts to grow much bigger & then finally glow for someone from these gangs to take a swipe at you. You can’t watch your back all the time. Unless the laws get much stricter such that the cops actually get to charge & keep them inside until their court hearing this system itself remains your major enemy for failing to both protect tourists & you from these scam-gangs.

Greetings to The Honest Guide bunch. As always - great stories, useful tips and really impressive scenarios and filming options. Keep it up. By the way, it seems was nothing really special when this guy was released shortly after he was taken by police. Simply to make him answer in a legal way - first You need to make some kind of legal statement with Your testimonies at police station ( getting some qualification of a probable criminal actions made by this guy). After You could add Your made video as an evidence in a proper way. Any other way means following - usually police in many countries don't go much further by themselves in such cases ;) If You want this guy to get some penalty It only means, that You must do the job - this legal process is purely on your shoulders at such cases. It is sad, but this way it works.
