It's not a healthy diet! Dont follow or recomend this! Being a nutrition expert i get lots of patients who follow imbalance & unhealthy diet in name of calorie free diet! & after stopping the diet weight will be bounce back & liver kidney gets damaged for this short term Method! So follow the healthy balance diet & loose weight sustainably! I dont know why celebrity misguide people in name of weight loss! They should be more responsible & ask for a verified dietitian for right suggestion!

U r looking extremely tired ... following diet chart iss good but too much is harmful ... plz take care .. u r looking soo tired ... there is no glow... in your face .. and drink water atleast 3litres as you are following strict diet 🥰♥️

Losing 5 kgs in 5 days is not actually a good thing.. And 45 kgs in your height doesn't maintain your BMI.. Consult your nutritionist first otherwise you will be looked malnourished.

সাহেবের চীঠি র শুটিং কোন স্টুডিও তে হয় আর ওখানকার পুরো ঠিকানা টা কেউ দেবেন পিলিজ আসলে ওখানে যেতে হলে সঠিক ঠিকানা না জানা থাকলে যেতে পারবনা

Being a nutrition expert i get lots of patients who follow imbalance & unhealthy diet in name of calorie free diet! & after stopping the diet weight will be bounce back & liver kidney gets damaged for this short term Method!
