any particular reason you held meta for first charge? Is it just better damage overall for you somehow?

Since you hold your second meta for a while you dont lose a cast of meta over the fight just gain one cast in the dmg phase. Not sure what the strat is now but on prog we were holding dps on the shield phase so that we could lineup cds better for the 2nd dmg phase. My second Meta is at 3:51, you hold it for a while since you get cleave and get to cast it during the dmg amp
