I feel he is way better than rajat! While I agree he has some cases pending on him but they are not proved yet, whereas for Rajat everyone has literally seen the evidence and multiple times. Hi Shan , personally I feel each and every person has their own good and bad . In context to Rajveer , apart from its fight and all , he perceives as good person too . Even during the fight and all he stood for the someone else wife and took a stand against Rajat and it is quiet commendable where all of the other people or KZbinrs were doing nothing but he stood against him . Hi Shan, i really love your content and the podcast was really good aswell. I am a strength & conditioning coach, sports nutritionist & really do not agree with a few points :- 1. Just because somebody has been a coach for years doesn't mean the person cannot be wrong, in human kind with time and science we have progressed because we could define and understand better, so science based coaches, "not all of them", but the training based on science is anyday better than doing something just because somebody told you so and he has been doing it, open the Arnold's book on body building, the book is full of errors, people with great genetics will respond to workouts because muscle micro trauma is there and they will grow that doesn't mean there is no better and more efficient way of training. 2. Just because somebody can consume a lot of sugar and remain unaffected doesnt mean its right, we have mountains of data on how sugar is related to metabolic syndromes, you cannot generalise it. I have seen people with diabetes who's leg has been cut off just because of shoe bite. Its really not about calories but the nutrient profile of that particular food. Because your body runs on hormones and even people with gifted genetics can only last few years on such things their body also shows the affects with time. Our world runs because of scientific discoveries and if you talk about exercise science and nutritional science that is a positive approach which finally our country has started taking so lets not discourage that. Jinko nahi samajh ata they can do whatever works for them but science tells more efficient and effective way of training. I hope you take this from a positive viewpoint. Take care and keep making good content.
